Tom Schrack concentrates his practice in business and real estate law. He acts as counsel to various middle market, emerging, and closely-held businesses. He advises his clients on a wide array of legal matters, including business formation, governance and employment matters, business disputes, commercial transactions, day-to-day operational matters, and fundamental transactions such as mergers and acquisitions.
Tom’s client representation covers many industries including health care, education, architects and engineers, construction, restaurants and hotels, retail, real estate sales and leasing, and insurance and benefits. Drawing upon his experience representing various industries, Tom consistently evaluates ways to assist his clients in accomplishing their goals.
A large part of Tom’s practice also involves serving as solicitor to municipalities and municipal authorities. Tom routinely advises these clients on operational and governance issues, Sunshine Act and Right-To-Know matters, contracting and procurement issues, and financing.
Tom earned his law degree from Villanova Law School, where he served as Editor-in-Chief of the Villanova Sports and Entertainment Law Journal. In addition, Tom has a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Taxation from Temple University Beasley School of Law.
