Mr. Routch is the shareholder attorney in charge of the Blair County office concentrating his practice in commercial transactions and litigation. His approach is geared to promote a legal blue print for business success from counseling on the best form of business organization, to protecting rights to property through contract and optimal corporate structure and to enforcing rights, if necessary, in administrative tribunals and the federal and state courts.

He represents parties in commercial, farm and personal real estate transactions. He is approved for real estate closings by most major lenders and prepares deeds, easements, mortgages, leases and related real estate documents. He also prepares commercial contracts and employment agreements. He has obtained court ordered injunctions when crucial to protect valuable proprietary rights.

For the past decade or so, Mr. Routch has specially represented healthcare providers and counseled numerous practice groups in contracts with hospitals and employees. Additionally, he has assisted in business acquisitions throughout Central Pennsylvania involving healthcare practices, service industries, venture capital and manufacturing. He defends employers faced with unemployment, discrimination, workers’ compensation and other employment law related claims.

Mr. Routch’s commitment to his clients includes representation in estate planning, the preparation of wills, powers of attorney, healthcare powers of attorney, advance directives, and trusts. He assists in the administration of estates and has experience in handling litigation in the Orphan’s Court Division of the state courts. He has litigated matters involving will contests, alleged abuses of powers of attorneys, requests to remove fiduciaries and trust modifications.
