As a member of the firm’s Business and Real Estate Practice Group, John assists clients with a variety of legal needs, including the buying and selling of businesses, company formation, shareholder and partnership agreements, commercial business loans, the review and drafting of commercial real estate leases, and a variety of business contracts. Since being admitted to the Pennsylvania bar in 1993, he has represented many entrepreneurs, real estate developers and local businesses. Although the vast majority of John’s practice is devoted to transactional matters, he has also worked over the years as co-counsel with civil litigation attorneys in handling a variety of business lawsuits. John’s experience with business law and transactional work has helped to provide litigation attorneys with key early case assessment and to distill down the key facts and issues to craft a customized strategy. John has assisted clients involved in litigation find creative solutions that address the risks and costs that are inherent with litigating business disputes, and to discuss and evaluate probable outcomes.
