Cristin Long combines her expertise with a holistic perspective and a level head to ensure that her clients achieve their desired results. With a practice focused on real estate and business transactions, Cristin manages the process by providing legal solutions to meet business and personal needs. She layers this practical approach with efficiency, honed negotiation skills, effective communication and an overall collaborative philosophy to succeed for her clients.

Cristin maintains a robust real estate practice spanning commercial and residential transactions. Her depth and breadth of experience covers diverse aspects of real estate, including acquisitions, financing, leasing, landlord/tenant relations, gifting of real estate, easements and title work. Cristin regularly represents large scale institutions involved in complex transactions, regional banks in lending matters, and individuals in residential purchases. As a licensed Pennsylvania Title Agent, Cristin handles hundreds of closings each year.

With proven transactional capabilities, Cristin’s practice also extends into the general commercial and business arenas. Cristin’s work with regional banking institutions includes representation in a wide variety of commercial loan work. Her understanding of what ultimately drives such deals is what similarly makes Cristin a trusted business advisor, counseling clients in all aspects of their businesses, such as formation, operating contracts, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, financing and governance.

In all aspects of her work, Cristin respects that legal decisions do not occur in a vacuum, and she prides herself on understanding the whole picture and using her skills to keep her clients on a calm, focused path to a successful outcome. Cristin also uses this approach to help strengthen the community at large through dedicated service to local charities and organizations. Cristin serves or has served on the boards of the Bob Perks Cancer Assistance Fund, the Chamber of Business & Industry of Centre County, and the Central PA Festival of the Arts, is a member of the Centre Region Estate Planning Council, and is the Solicitor for the Centre County Association of Realtors.
