At Dickinson, he took part in the advocacy program, was an associate editor of the Dickinson Journal of International Law, and completed an internship with the Office of the United States Attorney, in Harrisburg. He also holds degrees in business management and finance, with an English minor, from Shippensburg University, where he was a member of the Honors Program.
Mr. Neely is a member of the Centre County Bar Association and a founding member of the Wilkinson-Campbell Inn of Court. He serves as an adjunct professor in trial advocacy for The Pennsylvania State University’s Dickinson School of Law.
